(STODDART TOWNSHIP, ON) – On May 2, 2015, Hearst Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a call for service with regards to a vehicle in the ditch on Johnson Lake Road. As a result of that police investigation, Joey Vandette, 20, of Timmins, has been charged with the following criminal offences:
Care or Control while impaired as per section 253(1)(a) of the Criminal Code of Canada (CC)
Care or Control Over 80 mgs as per section 253(1)(b) (CC)
The accused is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Hearst on June 3, 2015.
