Joel David VISUTSKIE – Trafficking

(PEMBROKE, ON) – On December 9, 2015 the Upper Ottawa Valley Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a traffic stop on a green 4 door Acura on Paul Martin Drive in the City of Pembroke after a driving complaint was received about the vehicle. It was found that the driver’s license was suspended and he was in possession of a quantity of drugs. As a result 30 year old Joel David VISUTSKIE of Whitewater Region was charged with the following Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (CDSA) offence:

Possession of a Schedule II Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Marihuana

He was released on a Promise To Appear with a court date of January 26, 2016 at the Ontario Court of Justice in Pembroke.

VISUTSKIE was also charged under the Highway Traffic Act (HTA) for Driving While Under Suspension and issued a Provincial Offences Act summons to appear on February 01, 2016 at the Provincial Offences Court in Pembroke.
