Job MANNING – Assault Causing Bodily Harm

(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Haldimand County Detachment has charged a 43-year-old male after investigating an assault that occurred at a Stoney Creek Road, Caledonia, Haldimand County, Ontario address.

Police investigated and determined that two males were involved in a verbal altercation on Friday August 19, 2016 at approximately 10:00 p.m. which stemmed from a road rage incident that occurred approximately four months ago. As the altercation between the two males escalated, the victim was punched in the face. The victim required medical treatment and he attended a local area hospital for his injuries.

As a result of the investigation, police have charged 43-year-old Job MANNING of Selkirk, Ontario with assault causing bodily harm.

He is to appear in Provincial Court , Cayuga at a later date to answer to the charge.
