(BRANT COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Brant County Detachment investigated a motor vehicle collision at a King Edward Street, Paris, Brant County, Ontario address.
On Wednesday, August 9, 2017 at approximately 4:59 p.m., officers responded to a collision involving two (2) motor vehicles.
Through the course of investigation, it has determined that a motor vehicle was stopped at the intersection of Kind Edward Street and Church Street when it was struck from behind by another motor vehicle.
As a result of investigation, police have charged 30-year-old Joanna SMITH of Oro-Medonte Township, Ontario with driving over the legal limit.
She is to appear in Provincial Court, Brantford at a later date to answer to the charge.
