Jessica Renee HORVATH – Trafficking

(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Street Crime Unit along with members of the Norfolk County detachment and Emergency Response Team (ERT) have charged a 21-year-old female with drug offences after executing a search warrant at a Victoria Street, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario address.

On Thursday, January 28, 2016 at approximately 8:58 a.m., police attended the Victoria Street address and executed a search warrant. As a result of the warrant, a 21-year-old female was subsequently arrested for drug related offences.

Charged with the following offences is 21-year-old Jessica Renee HORVATH of Norfolk County, Ontario.

Possession for the purpose of trafficking Psilocybin

Possession of Cocaine

Possession of Marihuana

· Possession Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000

She is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
