(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Norfolk County Detachment have charged a 19 year old male after police were called to James Street, Delhi, Norfolk County, ON, address.
On Sunday, August 11, 2013, approximately 12:59 am, police were called to the Delhi German Hall for a report of an assault.
Through investigation it has been determined that two males became involved in a verbal altercation in the parking lot which then escalated into a physical confrontation.
As a result of the investigation, a 19 year old male was arrested and charged.
Charged with Assault and Breach of Probation Order is 19 year old Jesse Michael TILBURY of London, Ontario.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
