(TINY TOWNSHIP) – On July 13, 2016 at 4:10 a.m. members of the Southern Georgian Bay Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a call of a break and enter at a campground trailer site in Lafontaine, Tiny Township. A trailer resident was alerted by an unknown male who had walked into his trailer then left when he saw the resident.
The same male then attended another nearby trailer and broke in and caused damage. Police attended and arrested the male inside the trailer. Jesse MAHEU (age 26) of Tiny Township has been charged with:
Adult unlawfully in dwelling contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada
Adult break and enter a place – with the intent to commit indictable offence contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice on August 25, 2016 in Midland, ON
