(KINGSVILLE, ON) — On June 11, 2016 at 3:00 pm members of the Ontario Provincial Police were conducting radar enforcement on Highway #3 in Kingsville when a vehicle came into range at 190 km/h in an 80 km/h zone, more than double the speed limit.
The vehicle was subsequently stopped and the driver, Jesse Driedger, 21 years, from Kingsville was charged with Stunt Driving – Speed in excess of 50 km/h over posted limit.
Mr. Driedger’s vehicle was impounded under Stunt Driving law for 7 days along with a license suspension of 7 days. After 7 days Mr. Driedger will have to pay to get his vehicle and driver’s reinstated.
