(GRAND BEND, ON) On November 30, 2014 around 1:00 a.m. Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers responded to an incident involving two males, outside of a local drinking establishment on Main Street.
During the course of the investigation, one male was taken into custody and one male ran from the OPP only to be located a short time later behind the very establishment that he fled from. As the OPP officer attempted to arrest this male, the male refused to cooperate but once in custody it’s alleged that the male damaged a part of the OPP cell area.
The male, Jesse BLANE, 22 years of age from Lambton Shores, ON has a Sarnia court date of January 12, 2015 to answer to the charges of assault with intent to resist arrest, assault a peace officer and mischief to property under $5000.00
No injuries are being reported.
