(AURORA, ON) – On Sunday July 31, 2016, at approximately 4:35 a.m., Officers from the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Highway Safety Division (HSD) – Aurora detachment conducted a traffic stop on an erratic vehicle that travelling on Highway 400 northbound near Aurora Road in King Township.
As a result of the traffic stop and investigation, the driver of the vehicle was found to have a disqualified driver’s license and was wanted by the Waterloo Regional Police Service.
The three remaining passengers in the vehicle were also all wanted by Waterloo Regional Police Service.
The four occupants in the vehicle were all arrested and returned to the originating police service for processing.
The driver of the vehicle, identified as Jeremy Ivan HODDER, a 35 year old man from Maple Ontario, is now charged with Driving while disqualified – section 259(4) Criminal Code of Canada.
