(Bancroft, Ontario) – At approximately 4:38 p.m. on Friday August 15th 2014, officers from the Bancroft detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a motor vehicle collision on Musclow-Greenview Road in the Municipality of Hastings Highlands. Officers attended the location and located a pickup truck in the ditch. The male driver was arrested of impaired driving and transported to the Bancroft OPP detachment for breath tests.
26 year old Jeremy HOGAN of the Municipality of Highlands East has been charged with impaired operation and operate a motor vehicle with over 80 milligrams of alcohol in his blood. He was released from custody on a promise to appear and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Bancroft, Ontario on the 16th of September 2014.
