Jeremy Dionne – Theft Of Lottery Tickets

On September 11, 2013, police responded to Mac’s Milk on McNaughton Avenue in Wallaceburg in regards to a theft complaint. At this time, an employee reported that a man had stolen 12 lottery tickets with a total value of about $120. Through investigation, officers obtained a physical description of the man and he was identified.

Yesterday morning, officers located the man in the area of Dufferin Avenue and McNaughton Avenue and he was arrested. Jeremy Dionne, 29 years, of Dufferin Avenue in Wallaceburg has been charged with theft under $5000 and possession of property obtained by a crime under $5000. He was released with conditions pending a future court date.
