Jeramie SAUVE – Drunk Driving, Drive While Suspended X6

(ESSEX, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) in Essex responded to a report of a crash on Concession 9 in Essex on June 12, 2015 at approximately 9:50 p.m.

The OPP, along with Essex Fire and Rescue Services and Windsor Essex Emergency Medical Service (EMS) attended the scene of a two vehicle collision involving a pickup truck and a tractor and trailer cultivator. The pickup truck had struck the trailer cultivator and came to rest in the ditch on the north side of the road.

The driver of the pickup truck exhibited signs of impairment and was issued a roadside screening device, which he failed. He was arrested at the scene.

The driver of the tractor was not injured. The driver of the pickup truck received minor injuries in the crash.

Jeramie SAUVE, age 29 of Kingsville, was charged with Exceed 80 Milligrams of Blood Alcohol Content and Drive While Under Suspension x 6. He will appear in a Windsor court on July 9, 2015 to answer to the charges.
