(QUINTE WEST, ON) – On May 14, 2018 at approximately 4:54 p.m., officers from the Quinte West Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a motor vehicle collision on Tripp Boulevard, in the City of Quinte West.
The driver, Jennifer VANDERTOORN, 51-years-old, of Brighton was arrested and charged with:
Driving While Ability Impaired s. 253(1)(a) of the Criminal Code of Canada (CC); and with
Driving with more than 80 mgs of Alcohol in Blood s. 253(1)(b) of the CC.
The accused is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice on May 24, 2018 at in Belleville, Ontario.
