(Fort Frances, ON) – On December 22, 2013, at 10:05 pm officers from the Rainy River District Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a complaint of a possible impaired driver at a local service station parking lot.
A a male was observed outside a vehicle, attempting to stop a female driver, while she was trying to leave the parking lot, Police assisted and as a result the vehicle was stopped by police.
As a result of the Investigation, the driver, 18 year old, Jennifer Galusha a Fort Frances resident was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with more than 80 milligrams of Alcohol in Blood and Driving while Ability Impaired.she was released on a promise to appear for court 20th of January 2014.
