(TOWNSHIP OF CHATSWORTH, ON) – On Sunday, May 24, 2015 at approximately 4:04 p.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a 2003 green Ford vehicle for speeding 151 km/hr in a posted 80 km/hr speed zone southbound on the Grey Bruce Line, north of Sideroad 5, in the Township of Chatsworth.
The driver, Jennifer Elizabeth HAMMILL, 28, of the Municipality of Meaford, was issued a Part III Summons for Race a Motor Vehicle under the Highway Traffic Act (HTA). She is scheduled to appear in court in Owen Sound on July 13, 2015.
Her driver’s licence was seized and the vehicle was impounded for 7 days.
