(CITY OF KAWARTHA LAKES, ON.) – On June 18, 2015 the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was contacted in relation to a possible break and enter in progress at a residence on Blanchard’s Road.
Upon arrival on scene the officer determined that a home owner had returned home to discover a female party exiting the garage through a window. The suspect was later located and arrested.
Charged with break and enter, contrary to the Criminal Code, is Jennifer ARMSWORTHY, 32 years of age. The accused will appear in court, in Lindsay, on July 23, 2015.
