(NAPANEE, ON)- On Saturday, August 27, 2016, at 6:43 a.m. officers with the Napanee detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police were dispatched to a report of a suspicious vehicle parked on the side of Deseronto Road, Tyendinaga Township.
Information provided was that the vehicle was running and that the male driver appeared to be sleeping.
Officers attended and subsequently arrested the driver for care or control of a motor vehicle while impaired.
Charged with care or control of a motor vehicle while impaired and refusing to provide a breath sample is 35 year-old Jeffrey TURNEY of Kingston.
He was released on a Promise to Appear and is scheduled to attend the Ontario Court of Justice in Napanee on September 13.
