(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Haldimand County Detachment has charged a 46-year-old male with a Highway Traffic Act offence following a traffic stop on Main Street South in Hagersville, Haldimand County, Ontario.
On Friday September 23, 2016, at approximately 12:05 a.m., OPP were conducting routine patrol on Main Street South when a vehicle caught the attention of an alert officer. Police conducted a traffic stop of the vehicle and spoke with the male driver.
OPP investigation determined that the male’s drivers licence was suspended.
OPP has charged 46-year-old Jeffrey ROBERTS of Hagersville, Ontario with driving while under suspension.
He is to appear in Provincial Court in Cayuga at a later date to answer to the charge.
