(KINGSVILLE, ON) – On August 6, 2017 at approximately 8:00 p.m. two passing motorists contacted the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) reporting a black Chrysler in the ditch on South Talbot Road, Kingsville, Ontario with a suspected intoxicated driver.
Police attended the collision scene and learned the driver of the vehicle had walked away from the vehicle. Police located the man a short distance away and he exhibited signs of impairment and was arrested.
Jeffrey PESTOWKA, age 31 of Kingsville, Ontario will appear in a Windsor, Ontario courtroom on August 24, 2017 charged with Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle and Refusing to Provide a Breath Sample.
His driver’s licence has been suspended and his vehicle has been impounded as per the regulations of the Highway Traffic Act of Ontario.
