(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) The County of Brant Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), an officer was on patrol on Bethel Road and observed a vehicle being driven in an erratic manner.
At approximately 12:33 a.m. Tuesday August 27, 2013 an officer located stopped a Chevrolet Tahoe on Bethel Road. While talking to the driver the officer observed all the usual signs of impairment by alcohol. The driver was transported to the County of Brant OPP for Intoxilyzer Tests.
Jeffrey KEELER 40 years of age from the City of Hamilton is facing the following Criminal charges
Impaired Driving
Exceed 80 Milligrams of Blood Alcohol content
The accused is scheduled to attend Provincial Court in Brantford on September 27, 2013 to answer to the charges.
