(POWASSAN, ON) – On March 5, 2017 at 4:50 pm, police were called to a residence in Patterson Township (TWP) for a dispute where a male was said to be out of control and causing damage. Prior to police attending the residence the male left in a pickup truck. The pickup truck was located a short time later by police and stopped.
Jeffrey EVANS 55, of Patterson Township was arrested and charged with:
• Drive motor vehicle with over 80mgs contrary to section 253(1)(b) of the Criminal Code (CC).
• Mischief causing damage contrary to section 430(1)(a) of the CC.
• Drive with open container of alcohol contrary to section 32(1) of the Liquor Licence Act (LLA).
The accused is scheduled to appear before the North Bay Court of Justice on March 21, 2017.
