(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON.) – Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Haldimand County detachment has charged a 46 year old male with impaired driving offences following a traffic stop at a Singer Road, Haldimand County, ON address.
On Saturday January 16th, 2016 at approximately 4:19pm, members of the Haldimand County OPP, stopped a motor vehicle on Singer Road, for a Highway Traffic Act violation.
As a result of the investigation the driver of the vehicle identified as 46 year old Jeffrey BOSSERT of Niagara Falls, ON has been charged with driving while impaired, and operate a motor vehicle with excess of 80 milligrams of alcohol. He is to appear in Provincial Court, Cayuga, ON at a later date to answer to the charges.
