(LEAMINGTON, ON) — The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) in Leamington received a traffic complaint on February 29, 2016 at approximately 2:35 a.m. on Talbot Street West in Leamington.
Officers located the grey Honda with two male occupants in the downtown core of Leamington.
The driver of the vehicle exhibited signs of impairment and was arrested at the scene.
Jayson COURT, age 49 of Wheatley, was charged with Care or Control While Impaired and Care or Control Over 80 Milligrams Blood Alcohol Content. He will appear in a Leamington courtroom on March 31, 2016 to answer to the charges.
