(CENTRE WELLINGTON TOWNSHIP, ON) -On February 16, 2014, at approximately 5:47 p.m., officers from the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) spoke with a man walking on Highway 6 near 2nd Line, Centre Wellington Township. The male had consumed alcohol and during the investigation, it was revealed that he was on a probation order by the court not to consume alcohol.
Jason LOMAX age 34 of Fergus has been charged with Breach of Probation contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. He was held for a bail hearing in Guelph Criminal Court on February 17, 2014.
