MALE CHARGED WITH BREAK AND ENTER 2014-12-01 (NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Norfolk County Detachment have charged a 37 year old male after police investigated an incident at a Gage Street, Delhi, Norfolk County, Ontario, address.
On Friday, November 28, 2014 at approximately 4:38 p.m., police were contacted by a concerned homeowner after they encountered an unknown male inside their residence.
Through investigation it was determined that an unknown male forcibly gained entry into a residence. Once inside, the homeowner confronted the male who then fled with the homeowner following.
As a result of investigation, police arrested and charged 37 year old year old Jason Lee WINTER of Tillsonburg, Ontario with break and enter.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charge.
