(CHATHAM-KENT, ON) On November 11, 2014, just after 9:30 p.m., a Chatham-Kent Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer stopped a Dodge Neon on Highway 40, near Creek Road.
While the officer was speaking with the driver, 39 year old Jason HOLLIS, from Chatham, ON, it was determined that he had been consuming alcoholic beverages.
Subsequent tests indicated that the driver was over the legal limit and he will appear in a Chatham court on November 28, 2014, to answer to the charge of Driving With More than 80 mgs. of Alcohol In Blood, under the Criminal Code of Canada.
