(ESPANOLA, ON)- On October 19, 2016, at approximately 12:19 a.m., members from the Espanola Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were conducting radar enforcement and initiated a traffic stop on Highway 17, in the township of Sables-Spanish Rivers.
As a result of the investigation, it was found that the male driver was under suspension.
Jason BROWN, 42 years of age, from Walford, was charged with the following:
Driving while under suspension, contrary to 53(1) of the Highway Traffic Act
Speeding, contrary to section 128 of the Highway Traffic Act
The accused will appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Espanola, on December 8, 2016.
