(BROOKE-ALVINSTON, ON) On August 2, 2013 at around 11:00 p.m., Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a Chevrolet vehicle on Inwood Road in the area of Courtright Line. While speaking with the driver, it was determined that he had been consuming alcoholic beverages. Subsequent tests indicated that 41 year old Jason ALEXANDER from Petrolia was over the legal limit. He will appear in a Sarnia Court on August 19, 2013 to answer to the charges of: Impaired Driving, Being Over the Legal Limit, Class G1 Licence holder -Drive Unaccompanied, and Novice Driver BAC above zero.
