(MIDDLESEX COUNTY, ON) – On March 6, 2017, at approximately 6:05 p.m., the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were alerted to a theft from a vehicle, which had just occurred.
An unknown female had been observed rummaging through a white Ford sport utility vehicle (SUV) which was parked in a commercial lot on Exeter Road, in the City of London. Canadian currency was stolen.
The female suspect was immediately located by police and apprehended.
As a result of the police investigation, 39-year-old Jamie WEATHERALL, from London, Ontario, has been charged with theft under $5000 from a motor vehicle, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.
The accused was released on a Promise to Appear (PTA) and is scheduled to answer the charge in a London court on April 13, 2017.
