(Brudenell, Lyndoch, Raglan Township, ON) On September 25, 2015 at approximately 7:00pm Provincial Constable Barry Nisbet conducted a motor vehicle stop on Palmer Road. Jamie MUSCLOW, 31 years of age of Brudenell, Lyndoch, Raglan Township was charged with
– Impaired Driving contrary to Section 253(1)(a) of the Criminal Code of Canada
– Over 80mg contrary to Section 253(1)(b) of the Criminal Code of Canada
MUSCLOW is scheduled to appear in Killaloe Court on October 07, 2015.
