Jamie GAMBLE – Drunk Driving

(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON)– Brant County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a vehicle rolling over on Highway #403 near Middle Town line in the County of Brant November 19, 2016 at approximately 5:30 a.m.

County of Brant OPP responded along with County of Brant Fire and County of Brant Ambulance Service.

Police determined through investigation that the involved vehicle a 2006 Pontiac Torrent had lost control and entered the ditch and rolled over.

OPP investigators have charged 39-year-old Jamie GAMBLE of the City of Brantford with the following offences contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada:

Driving with More than 80 mgs, of Alcohol in Blood contrary to Section 253(1)(b)

Driving While Ability Impaired, contrary to Section 253(1)(a)

He will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford at a later date to answer to his charges. If convicted, the offender will be subject to the Criminal Code penalties, including a fine or jail time, and a driving prohibition.
