(CENTRE WELLINGTON TOWNSHIP, ON) -On April 3, 2014 at approximately 12:09 p.m., Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers attended the Fergus Wal-Mart for a theft call. A Loss Prevention Officer at the store observed a male stealing an electronics item and requested the assistance of police.
James WOODS age 47 of Palmerston is charged with Theft Under $5000 contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on May16, 2014 to answer to the charge.
