James RILEY – Drunk Driving

(MIDDLESEX CENTRE, ON) – On May 27, 2016, at approximately 2:00 a.m., the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a possible impaired driver.

A silver Jeep Sport utility vehicle (SUV) was observed to enter the ditch on Littlewood Road, at Woodhull Road. The vehicle continued, and was stopped on Woodhull Road.

Officers determined the 26-year-old male driver had been drinking alcohol. He was arrested, and transported to a Middlesex County OPP detachment for breath testing.

As a result of the police investigation, James RILEY, from London, Ontario, has been charged with driving while ability impaired – motor vehicle (alcohol), and care or control over 80 mgs, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.

The accused was released from police custody by way of a Promise to Appear (PTA), and is scheduled to answer the charges in a London court on June 30, 2016.
