(Douro-Dummer Township, ON) – Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) clocked a vehicle at 131Km/h in the 80km/h zone on Highway 28 shortly after 4:00pm on Saturday.
James OWEN (age 66) of Burk’s Falls, ON was charged with Stunt driving in relation to excessive speed. His driver’s licence was suspended for seven days and his 2016 Ford F150 pickup was impounded.
The accused is scheduled to appear in Ontario Court of Justice in Peterborough, Ontario on January 09, 2017.
