(TEESWATER, ON) – On August 28th, 2011 at 2:21 am, a South Bruce OPP officer on patrol along Clarinda Street South in Teeswater observed a male operating a golf cart along the street. The golf cart struck a tree and the driver ran off, but was arrested after a short foot pursuit. 20 year old James DICKSON of Clifford was charged with Impaired operation, Operate over 80 milligrams and Possess stolen property. He is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court on October 17th, 2011 to answer to the charges.
