(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 38-year-old male after police investigated an incident at a Villa Nova Road, Townsend, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Friday, November 27, 2015, at approximately 5:54 a.m., police were called to the area of Villa Nova Road and Indian Line for a vehicle that was located at the intersection. A concerned citizen observed the vehicle and occupant and contacted police.
As a result of investigation, police arrested and charged 38-year-old James Brenon MARTIN of Hagersville, Ontario with the following offences.
Impaired driving
Driving over the legal limit
Driving while under suspension
Operate a motor vehicle without insurance
Use plate not authorized for vehicle
Having care or control of a motor vehicle with open container of liquor
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
