(LEAMINGTON, ON) – On February 12, 2017 at approximately 1:30 a.m., an Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer stopped a brown Pontiac on highway 77 in Leamington, Ontario. An approved screening device test was administered resulting in the driver registering fail. The driver was arrested and his vehicle was impounded.
James BIGLEY, age 52 of Leamington, Ontario will appear in a Leamington court on March 2, 2017 to answer to the charge of Exceed 80 Milligrams of Alcohol.
