(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 28-year-old male after checking a vehicle at a 10th Concession Road, Houghton, Norfolk County, Ontario, address.
On Saturday, October 29, 2016 at approximately 3:06 p.m., police were conducting a R.I.D.E program (Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere) in the area of Norfolk County Road 23 and Norfolk County Road 45 when a vehicle approaching, attempted to avoid the R.I.D.E location. The vehicle was subsequently stopped and investigated at a 10th Concession Road address.
As a result, police have charged 28-year-old Jacob Hilderbrandt SUDDERMAN of Bayham, Ontario with driving over the legal limit, operate motor vehicle without insurance and drive motor vehicle, no currently validate permit.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
