(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 23-year-old male after police stopped a motor vehicle at a Norfolk County Road 23, Houghton, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Sunday, April 24, 2016, at approximately 5:07 p.m., police were conducting patrols in the area of Norfolk County Road 23, when a vehicle attracted the officer’s attention. The vehicle was subsequently stopped and investigated.
As a result of investigation, police have charged 23-year-old Jacob HILDERBRANDT HIEBERT of Norfolk County, Ontario with novice driver – blood alcohol concentration above zero contrary to the Highway Traffic Act.
