Jacob Frederick HARRISON – Drunk Driving

(MUNICIPALITY OF GREY HIGHLANDS, ON) – On Saturday, October 25, 2014 at approximately 1:26 a.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a possible impaired driver travelling on Grey Rd. 4 in the Municipality of Grey Highlands.

Police stopped the suspect vehicle, a 2004 Dodge Ram pick-up truck on Grey Rd. 4 in Priceville and found that the driver had been consuming alcohol. After failing a road side breath test, further breath tests were conducted, and as a result, the driver was charged with over 80 milligrams of alcohol. He was also issued a summons for being a novice driver, having consumed alcohol in such a quantity that the concentration exceeded zero milligrams while operating a motor vehicle under the Highway Traffic Act.

Jacob Frederick HARRISON, 22, of the Municipality of Grey Highlands, is scheduled to appear in court in Owen Sound on Thursday, November 13, 2014.
