(BANCROFT, ON) – On September 24th, 2016, at approximately 9:50am, officers from the Bancroft Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) observed a vehicle nearly collide with another in the area of Hastings Street North and Snow Road.
When officers spoke the offending driver, they determined that the driver had been consuming alcohol. The driver was taken into custody.
Charged with Driver Over 80mgs is Jackie BRUCE, 54 years of Bancroft. The accused is to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Bancroft on October 18th, 2016.
