(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 44-year-old male after police stopped a motor vehicle at a Woodhouse Street, Simcoe, Norfolk County address.
On Friday, August 3, 2018 at approximately 4:53 p.m., an officer was conducting patrols in the area when a vehicle attracted the officer’s attention. The vehicle was subsequently stopped and investigated.
As a result of investigation, police have charged 44-year-old Ivan Vincent FITCH of Woolwich Township, Ontario with driving with more than 80mgs of alcohol in blood, driving while under suspension, use plate not authorized for vehicle and operate a motor vehicle with no insurance.
He is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice, Simcoe at a later date.
