On August 13, 2013, the Guelph Police began an investigation into a theft of multiple credit cards from a residential daycare in the city. After a month long investigation, a 43-year-old Guelph man was arrested and charged with break and enter, and seven counts of fraud under $5,000. He has been held in custody pending a bail hearing on September 18, 2013.
