(Ottawa) The Ottawa Police Service Collision Investigation Unit is continuing its investigation into the fatal head-on collision that occurred at approx. 3:35pm on Sunday, November 17, 2013 where a 32-year-old off-duty officer died on 8th Line Road near Parkway Road.
The 29-year-old female driver of the other vehicle remains in hospital in stable condition and her 7-year-old child has been released from hospital on Monday.
