Intoxicated Man Wandering Hospital Gets Ticket

(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Norfolk County Detachment investigated an incident after being called to a West Street, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario address.

On Friday, June 10, 2016 at approximately 3:02 a.m., police were contacted by employees of Norfolk General Hospital reporting an incident.

Through the course of investigation, it was determined that a male was observed wandering various floors of the hospital.

As a result of investigation, police located and charged 42-year-old Patrick Joseph Alphonse ST LOUIS of Norfolk County, Ontario with being intoxicated in a public place contrary to the Liquor Licence Act.

He was subsequently issued a Provincial Offence Notice.
