(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Norfolk County Detachment was contacted by a concerned resident regarding a suspicious male at a Talbot Street South, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Thursday, October 1, 2015 at approximately 5:17 a.m., police were contacted by a concerned homeowner after an unknown male entered their residence.
Through investigation it was determined that a 46-year-old male who was heavily intoxicated entered the residence. The male then walked through the home and entered the washroom where he was confronted by the homeowner. The male left without incident and police were called.
Police are reminding all homeowners to ensure that all doors are locked in order to prevent anyone from gaining access to your residence.
