Members of the Barrie Police downtown HEAT unit were on foot patrol in the downtown core when they came upon an intoxicated male asleep in a snow bank.
Police woke the 20 year old male who was very cooperative with Police but was so intoxicated his words were unintelligable.
Police were unable to understand where the male lived or who he lived with.
The male was arrested for being intoxicated in a public place and transported to the Barrie Police Service for his own safety.
