A 48 year old Barrie resident is presently in police custody after he was the subject of a routine traffic stop on Dunlop St. this morning. The accused was on probation not to operate a motor vehicle after being convicted for a drinking driving charge. He is now facing new charges of driving while disqualified and fail to comply probation. He will be released by way of a promise to appear.
