(TOWN OF MINTO, ON) – On April 26, 2018 at approximately 6:30 a.m. the County of Wellington Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was dispatched to a Break and Enter in progress on Young Street, in the Town of Harriston.
A male was attempting to break into the home through a smashed window while the victim was in the home. Police attended and located an intoxicated male inside the enclosed porch.
24-year-old George GAWEL of Guelph has been charged with Break and Enter and is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on May 15, 2018 to answer to the charge.
